The Received Parts Are Not What You Want? Return It!

Return Procedure

Send the order number, product name, and your return reason via email. If you do not have an order number, please let us know the purchase time and the name at the time of ordering. We will reply within 1-3 working days by sending the return label or the nearest return address.
 

Return Policy

You can initiate a return request within 30 working days from the date of order. If it exceeds 30 working days, returns will not be accepted.

Return shipping cost:

Returns caused by buyer's reasons (such as purchasing incorrect parts) shall be borne by the buyer;

Returns due to seller reasons (such as transportation damage) shall be borne by the seller.


All parts that need to be returned must be in their original condition and must not be disassembled or damaged due to improper installation. We are not responsible for installation errors. We are also not responsible for any labor costs, towing costs, or rental costs incurred during the installation process due to the use of incorrect or defective parts.

 

Non returnable parts:

If genuine parts are installed or opened for any reason, they cannot be returned. All returns require a non refundable 20% restocking fee.


For all returns that are not directly caused by our mistake, we will charge a 20% restocking fee.
 

Refunds

Refunds for returns are usually registered and processed within 7 days from the date our warehouse receives your return. Once we confirm that the returned parts are correct, the refund will be processed through PayPal.
 

Cancellation

All orders are automatically processed and shipped through the ERP system, so the processing time for canceling orders is very short. If you want to cancel an order, you must contact us within 6 hours after payment.
